What an adventure-filled, fun-filled weekend!
Friday - little Christl's house warming party. Christl is one of the funniest person from CMU, and she also works at L'Oreal USA! It's a good thing that I haven't had the chance to work on her products...
Here is Christl with her aSian glow. I said to her, "yo Christl, fine-ass crib!"
Saturday - Breaking new grounds (literally)! The final phase of the fixer-upper project has begun. This part includes removing the existing carpet on first floor, laying down laminate flooring planks, covering with quarter-rounds, and final polish. Amy was so cool to help me take it up and haul away! Where else can you find such resourceful real estate agent!
One piece of carpet gone. ---> Another piece of carpet gone.
Installation kit with spacers, pull bars, and tapping block. ---> Preparation work with 2-in-1 foam barrier.
30 boxes of laminate flooring.
Sunday - I finally met the legendary Suzie Rhee.
