l'Histoire du chateau - part 4

Flooring. This is probably the most labor-intensive part of home renovation I have done to le chateau. My lower back is hurting, my knees are bruised, and my fingers have cuts all over. I think I will reconsider fixer-upper with flooring make-over. Nevertheless, the wood-finish looks awesome!! I'm very happy about the appearance and, I guess, a sense of accomplishment. It reminds me the time that my family lived in Seattle, where wood-finish was typical in the house.

Things are getting complicated with corners and closet.


Last piece for the living area. Living area all done!!


Entrance hallway will be next (hm...it will be hard to find time between work and classes).
